I’ve just seen this image on the the UK Government’s Consumer Direct Trading Standards website, here.
I’d love to know the thinking (if you can call it that) behind that one… or not 
(And who says that internet-savvy users have learnt to automatically filter out anything at the sides of pages due to banner adverts? 
)
